SECOND GRADE
This year the Second Grade worked on a project on the issue of the return of the Parthenon Marbles. The title of the project is "Thank you Mr. Clooney" since the inspiration came from the interview of the famous actor and his support on the return of the Marbles to Greece. Along with the Science teacher, Mr. Stavros Katsoprinakis, we have tried to approach the historic, cultural and scientific (methods of preservation) facts of the matter. The students investigated the case and they came up with a letter presenting the arguments for the reunion of the monument of Parthenon. The whole project, the students' letter, newspaper articles and videos was compiled in an interactive presentation titled "The Parthenon Marbles" presented below.

THIRD GRADE
The students of the Third Grade are bidding a fond farewell to Junior High School with a project titled "My Archanes". They have made a short documentary on their town, focusing on the identity, the beauty and the uniqueness of the place. An interactive poster was produced including the students' documentary and interesting facts and information on the rural town of Archanes. Enjoy it!
